gram error, any error messages and what the program was doing when the error occurred. Also include the following information
about your computer: manufacturer, operating system, type of CPU processor, e.g., Pentium 3, and amount of Random Access
Memory (RAM).
If you are submitting IP address information to activate Wise Message Hyperlink, then make the Subject of your message either
Activate File or Activate Button. Make your Subject Activate File if you are activating Wise Message Hyperlink.html. Make your
Subject Activate Button if you are activating a web site file(s) Wise Message button(s). You may make the Message area blank if
you are activating the Wise Message Hyperlink.html file and you want the file activated for the computer that you are using (Wise
Message Hyperlink will be activated for any computer having the computer's IP address). Type IP address data in the Message ar-
ea if you are activating (1) Wise Message Hyperlink.html for a computer that has a different IP address than the computer you
are using (or the identical IP address) or (2) a website file button. When activating a button, type the IP address data of the website
that contains the button. Example IP address data is 127.0.0.1.
